Central Hotel & Cafe is the world’s smallest coffee bar and hotel under one roof

The café, which is located at street level, has a cosy Mediterranean charm. Delicious coffee from Risteriet (the roastery), milkshakes, French toast are sold here, as well as ice creams in summer. The locals grab a latte to go from the hatch on their way to work.

People gather in the small room, which has space for up to eight seated guests. The café brings people together by virtue of its size. But the café’s size is not the only special thing about it; it also enjoys a wonderfully executed retro style. It is as if the café and the hotel are in a small time warp, taking guests back to 1930s Paris.

On the first floor is the hotel’s only room, which is perfect for a romantic getaway with lots of pampering. The price of the room is DKK 1,800, including a luxurious breakfast from restaurant Granola.
