Forum Copenhagen
Forum Copenhagen is an exhibition and concert hall in Frederiksberg, about a 15–20-minute walk from Copenhagen’s Rådhusplads. The capacity of the exhibition area totals 5,000 m² net and 8,000 m² gross.
This is probably the place most people associate with music in Frederiksberg.
The Royal Danish Academy of Music
The Royal Danish Academy of Music is a Danish music academy founded in 1867. Until 1902, it was called the Copenhagen Academy of Music. The Danish government has been responsible for its operation since 1949.
The Academy of Music is at the very heart of classical music in Frederiksberg.
Bartof Café
A stone’s throw from Frederiksberg Hospital is this genuine music and beer mecca, Bartof Café – a treat for beer lovers. And if you are also into blues or world music, you will often find some of the best Danish bands on the bill.
Bartof Café also has a sister café called Bartof Station. It is situated by Frederiksberg Metro station. The concept is much the same – good beer and great music!
