Description

As the name suggests, we adhere to no principles when it comes to food and wine. We draw our inspiration from the whole world and will not limit ourselves to fitting into a specific genre, apart from being an honest and uncompromising bistro kitchen. No ingredient or preparation method is ruled out. If we think it’s good, we’ll find a place for it at Anarki.

Our wines are unpretentious, they come from all over the world and are not selected on the basis of trends, unless you count quality as a trend. The wine list is composed by one of Denmark’s leading sommeliers, and you are bound to find something to your taste and that you wish to drink
