Rouge Oysters



Rouge Oysters is Copenhagen’s first oyster bar.
The bar is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and serves a selection of oysters, including Papillon, Fine Roumegous, and Gillardeau, wines without chemistry, canned fish caught sustainably by a family in the Azores, and homemade bread from Kødbyens Fiskebar. In the night we party with mezcal, cocktails and good music – strictly vinyl.
Behind Rouge Oysters is Rouge, which has previously served as a wine bar, and highly praised fish and seafood restaurant Kødbyens Fiskebar, who has been awarded a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide every year since 2010.
The place is situated in the “Parisian” part of Copenhagen by Værnedamsvej and the Lakes.
