And here we go the last week of Advent has come. On Sunday we already celebrate one of the most beautiful day of the year. We have again collected some events, including many Christmas themed happenings for you to enjoy during this week.

19th December – Tuesday
Gallerie Lorien Invites the lovers of art to their annual New Year’s Gala and to the last vernissage before the Christmas holidays. They have covered a wall with works from all the artists for the price of 2018,- DKK pr piece, furthermore there will be brand new works from Bent Holstein, Peter Zelei, Awang, Sys Svinding & others – some older paintings will be also added to the wall with a big discount, such as sculptures, photography, drawing and paintings. During the event also some new year tapas & fresh italian bubbles ad libitum will be served.
20th December – Wednesday
There will be a guided tour in Frederiksberg Palace on Danish language with the topic of “Fra Kongeslot til officersskole” – “From a Castle until Officer School” from 5 o’clock in the afternoon. Take the whole family with you and let the Castle-elf to show you around and tell you about the origin of the castle, the beautiful treasures and gems or about some spooky ghost stories. Bartof Station invites you for a cozy evening with the guitarist Jacob Fisher and bassist Matthias Petri, to enjoy the melodies of Jazz and to serve as the place for the popular Onsdagjazz (previously held at Østerport Station). The organisers hope to create similar festive, but casual atmosphere, which has characterized the event at the previous location in Østerbro through all the years. The evening will held some surprises through the performance of few guest soloists, such as Zier Romme Larsen the amazing pianist. Are you the master of ice skating? Or just want to learn? Well there is place for everyone on the ice rink at Frederiksberg Runddel every day until February, mostly open until 9 o’clock in the evening – if you have your own you can use it anytime) Furthermore on the ice rink at Lindevangsparken you can even play ice hockey.
