Free fashion help: How to dress the best
Throughout the week between 10 and 17:30 you can get help regarding the cuts, colours, and patterns suiting you the best. It takes place at the clothing store Vivi-Ji on Godthåbsvej 53, where Vivi is ready to tell you how to get the edge and personality of your clothes. You can also bring your clothes, which does not fit you or your favourite pieces, which will give a basic idea for Vivi. Book a meeting with her at email@example.com or on Facebook. Tuesday – 16th of October
Free and educational treasure hunt to reduce food waste for the whole family
This day at 11:00 and 13:00 o’clock, there an opportunity to participate in a very special treasure hunt on the occasion of World Food Day. The treasure hunt will be about solving puzzles and answering questions on items, where correct answers trigger surplus food as a prize. This way, the whole family can learn about food waste and to save food from the trash bin. The hunt begins at the Too Good To Go Store on Nyelandsvej 21C. From here the hunt covers ca. 1.3 km walk and will take approx. 45 min to complete. It’s free to join and no registration is needed.
Make your own apple pie: Apple pressing days in the autumn holiday
Today, tomorrow and on Thursday between 10:00 and 14:00 o’clock, families and other folks in Frederiksberg can come and squeeze apples in the garden of Lindevangs School, which is the new base for The Danish Rangers´Association (Naturvejledernes). The apple presser is ready. Taste the apples, chop, grind and squeeze them. Bring your apples and bottles yourself if you want to take home some freshly squeezed juice or use the apples of the Danish Rangers if you would like to have taste. It is free to join.

Happy dinner: Communal eating in KU.BE
From September there is a communal dinner every Wednesday in KU.BE: Cosy evenings with dinner at a long table and good atmosphere. With the shared dinner (fællesspisning), KU.BE creates an event for citizens in the local area to meet at Café Glad every Wednesday at dinner time. The weekly happy dinner will be at 17:30 today. The evening’s setup is a long dinner table where you get together and share the food. The menu is varied everyday with focus on ecology and health. There will be always a vegetarian meal option as well. Children under 2 years are free to join, the price for the dinner for children until 8 years old is 49 DKK. Adults 79 DKK. Beverages (beer, wine and water) and dessert can be purchased in the café. Tickets are sold at the front desk of KU.BE. Only MobilePay or bankcards are accepted.
Free workshop: Do you dream about standing on stage?
Is your dream to be an actor or playing in a theatre? Or do you just think it’s fun to dress up and change roles? Today, from 12 o’clock at the Alhambra Museum of Humour and Satire, you can come to a day of professional make-up and impro-theatre at the museum’s cosy stage. Charlotte, also known as The Pink Princess – from Frederiksberg Theatre brings her big makeup box, and afterwards anyone who wants to try some of the museum’s professional costumes or take the museum’s small stage to perform impro with Charlotte. The event is free for children under 18.

Book release and wine: (I dag har jeg gode ben ) Today I have good legs
This day Cobolt celebrates the 17th edition of Lars Horneman’s I dag har jeg gode ben. It takes place at the Storm P Museum, where wine will be served, and books will be available. Today, I dag har jeg gode ben is about being a middle-aged man with all what the age brings with dreams and pleasures. Fear, anger and bitterness. The drawn poems investigate the relationship between the happy and sometimes fearsome imagination and the frustrating, ordinary reality.
Frederiksberg Street Food Market
The square in front of Frederiksberg Town Hall is transformed from Thursday until Sunday into a big street food mecca where you can discover a lot of delicious stalls. Belis Bar organized the market.
Adult reading at the library
Every Thursday afternoon at 17:00 you can listen to newer and older literature chosen by the librarian. Sit comfortably on the yellow sofa and listen to a good story, a lyrical moment, a surprising reminder, a recognizable scene. Suggestions for future readings are welcome. Free admission without ticket.

Be inspired by current in Bolig, Mad and Design in Forum
Throughout the weekend you are welcome to visit Bolig, Mad and Design in Forum. You can get a lot of inspiration in lifestyle, food & wine, art, design, interior design, craftsmanship and contemporary trends. On Friday the fair is open between 13 and 18, while the doors are open from 10:00 to 17:00 o’clock on Saturday and Sunday. The entrance costs 150 DKK.
Louise Brüel plays at Bartof Station
The stage of Bartof Station will be spiced up with southern soul rock’n’roll at 21 o’clock by Louise Brüel. As a child of two artists, Louise Brüel Flagstad has been active since the age of 12 in Danish music scenes. It was Little Richard & Jimmi Hendrix live on vinyl played without stop, which served as the source of the ever-curious musical quest. With over 35 years on the road, Louise Brüel Flagstad has performed with almost everyone, who is part of the Danish blues and rock environment and throughout the years she performed in Moscow, England, Africa, Germany, Sweden, USA and Norway. Jazz-impro-koncert hos Ræven og Pindsvinet
I dag klokken 16 er der impro-jazz ved Pierre Dørge, Peter Friis Nielsen og Claus Bøje Pierre Dørge er en af de højest estimerede danske musikere på den internationale jazzscene – ikke mindst i kraft af sit banebrydende arbejde med New Jungle Orchestra, som han dannede i 1980, og som han har turneret med overalt i verden. Peter Friis Nielsen er i særklasse blandt dansk jazz’ mange gode bassister. Hans originale tilgang til basspillet har gjort ham efterspurgt af den europæiske elite inden for avantgardejazzen – fra Peter Brötzmann til Evan Parker. Han har modtaget nogle af dansk kulturpolitiks fornemste hædersbevisninger. Claus Bøje har sammen med Peter Friis Nielsen været ankermand i tre af de mest betydende og bedst kritikeranmeldte grupper i dansk avantgardejazz’ historie: Coronarias Dans, Avantis og Clinch. Jazz-impro Concert at Ræven og Pindsvinet
On Saturday at 16:00 o’clock impro-jazz will be played by Pierre Dørge, Peter Friis Nielsen and Claus Bøje. Pierre Dørge is one of the highest estimated Danish musicians in the international jazz scene – not least because of his ground-breaking work with the New Jungle Orchestra, which he formed in 1980, and has been touring with all over the world. Peter Friis Nielsen is in the class of Danish jazz’s many good bassists. His original approach to the bass game has made him demanded by the European elite in the avantgarde jazz scene – from Peter Brötzmann to Evan Parker. He has received some of the highest honours of Danish cultural. Claus Bøje, together with Peter Friis Nielsen, has been an ancestor in three of the most important and best critically celebrated groups in the Danish avant-garde jazz story: Coronarias Dance, Avantis and Clinch.
